Where are you based, and do you travel ?

I am based in FALKIRK in Scotland, but I am willing to travel anywhere in the world to capture your love!

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

I'd recommend booking your photographer right after you secure your wedding date and venue. I usually get booked about 12 months ahead of time, so it’s a good idea to lock in your date early!

How do we secure our date with you?

Super easy! Just fill out a quick form on my website to check if I’m available. If I’m free, I’ll send you a link to schedule a Zoom call so we can chat and see if we’re a good fit. If we vibe and you want to move forward, all you need to do is pay a deposit, sign an online contract, and boom—I'm officially your wedding photographer! You can check that off your wedding prep list! 😊

Do you charge a deposit? How much is it and when is it due?

Yes, I do require a deposit to secure your date. It’s £400, and it’s non-refundable. The rest of the balance is due 7 days before your wedding day.

Do you charge for travel? If so, what are your rates?

I don’t charge for travel within 50 miles of FK1. If your venue is farther than that, I charge a small fee of £0.50 per mile.

What happens if you’re unable to attend on the day due to illness or an emergency?

If something unexpected comes up and I can’t make it, don’t worry! I’ll do my best to arrange for a trusted photographer to cover me. They’ll take great care of you, and all the images will still be edited in my signature style, so you’ll get the same look and feel you were expecting.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I’m fully insured, including public liability insurance up to £5 million. So, you’re in safe hands!

Have you worked at our venue before?

Let me know where you’re getting married, and I’ll check! But honestly, even if I haven’t been there before, it’s not a problem. A good photographer can create beautiful images anywhere, so we’ll make magic happen no matter the venue!

Do you require a meal during the wedding?

If I’m covering more than 6 hours, I’d really appreciate a meal. It keeps me energized and helps me stay focused, so I can give you my absolute best throughout the day. If needed, I can bring my own food—just let me know in advance so I’m prepared, and we can avoid any mid-day energy crashes! 😊
